Leadership Portfolio

MAOL Portfolio Information

As part of the final course of the Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, LED693, you will be required to prepare an extensive portfolio that covers the various courses, outcomes, and overall leadership competencies that have been covered throughout the program. We encourage you to start as soon as possible in your program to gather information, save items such as course syllabi, projects, papers etc. to a file and reflect effectively on each course assignment throughout your studies so that once you reach the capstone course, you will be able to easily access what you need to upload into your portfolio. 

As an MAOL student, you will purchase a one-year subscription ($20) for the Portfolio program, Digication* during your capstone course. You will receive an email from Digication with login instructions. You will use your UTF email and the generic password provided by the professor (which you may change once in the program).

A template will be created for you with some suggestions for your final capstone portfolio. We encourage you to be as creative as possible when developing your portfolio.
